My fitness journey began with martial arts as a boy, where discipline and consistency were paramount to earning my black belt in Taekwondo.
In my teens, as a multi-sport athlete, I was awarded two athlete of the year awards and the Colin Hood OFSAA School Sport Award.
Today, I direct my competitive nature towards powerlifting, bringing much of the mindset I have developed over my time training for sport to the gym.
I continue to use my body experimentally with new training styles to further my approach to coaching.
