The past 2 years with Alex has improved my life in many ways. Familiarity with equipment, challenging workouts and confidence in my body just scratch the surface with what you get when working with him . Being coached has opened me up to different aspects of health and nutrition that I never thought I would tolerate, let alone enjoy.
Alex sets you up with daily goals, and as I met them gradually, I noticed even better results. I never viewed myself as someone who would journal meals, count protein or record workouts, but upon doing so, I found a strong correlation with my performance and how mind and body felt.
Alex has helped me make significant changes in my life that have benefited me immensely and will continue to do so for life. To use a sports metaphor, he's helped me work on my defence as well as my offence improving the overall make up of my “team.”
