I was no stranger to strength training before signing up with Alex. However it had been quite some time since I had worked with a trainer. My goals may sound familiar, lose fat/weight, put on lean muscle. Over the course of a few months I could see myself progressing to towards those goals. What I did not expect was the increase in mobility. Shoulder pain decreased and mobility increased. My squat reached depths that I did not think were possible, since I had worked with other trainers in the past and we did not achieve those results. I think the big difference is the approach to training. Rather than just trying to build strength based on my capabilities at that time, Alex was able to correct my form and rebuild my lifts from the ground up.
