Athi is a NASM-certified personal trainer with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Human Biology. Having lost nearly 100lbs himself, he understands what it takes to achieve real, lasting fitness success. His holistic approach blends evidence-based nutrition, exercise physiology, and psychology to help clients reach their goals sustainably. While we aren’t focused on transformation culture, Athi has honed his expertise in weight loss through his own journey—so if that’s your goal, he knows exactly how to guide you there in a healthy, balanced way.
MIKE - PERSONAL TRAINER
LIBERTY VILLAGE/QUEEN WEST
Michael is a CSCS- and CFSC-certified trainer with 10+ years of experience. A former University of Toronto Varsity wrestler, he holds degrees in Kinesiology (York) and a MSc in Pharmacology (UofT), studying exercise and addiction. A self-described “intellectual meathead,” he specializes in kettlebells, strongman, and rehab-focused training. A competitive Brazilian jiu-jitsu athlete and champion, Michael helps clients build resilient, real-world strength to thrive in sport and everyday life.
