ALEX - OWNER/HEAD PERSONAL TRAINER

Alex, founder of Atom Athletics, is a certified personal trainer with a wealth of experience in big-box gyms in and with mobile training companies in Toronto, since 2011. His passion for building strength and resilience is what  defines Atom Athletics.

His fitness journey began with Taekwondo, where pursuing his black belt taught him discipline and pushed his physical limits. He excelled as a multi-sport varsity athlete, and then fell in love with powerlifting. The pursuit of strength above all, shaped his mission as a personal trainer. 

His current obsession lies with in concurrent training where he trains multiple physical qualities all year round. He is constantly experimenting with diverse training styles, refining his coaching approach to ensure clients achieve the results they deserve.
