What I did not expect was the increase in mobility. Shoulder pain decreased and mobility increased. My squat reached depths that I did not think were possible, since I had worked with other trainers in the past and we did not achieve those results. I think the big difference is the approach to training. Rather than just trying to build strength based on my capabilities at that time, Alex was able to correct my form and rebuild my lifts from the ground up.
