ALEX - FOUNDER/HEAD PERSONAL TRAINER

Alex is a CANFIT PRO certified personal trainer with 15 years of experience in Toronto’s big-box gyms and mobile training companies. He is also the founder and driving force behind Atom Athletics. 

A lifelong athlete and black belt in Taekwondo, Alex’s perspective shifted when he discovered powerlifting. It taught him to prioritize strength and mental well-being over weight loss and aesthetics, shaping his mission as a coach.

After injuries from chasing personal records, Alex mastered rehabilitative movement and developed innovative approaches to strength and performance. Alex takes continuing education seriously, and is always looking for new perspectives on health. He continually experiments with diverse training principles, combining his expertise and passion to help clients achieve lasting results with the variety they crave, and a level of support they didn’t see coming.

After re-discovering my joy for food, graduating culinary school, and chatting with chefs & nutrition experts world wide – I was inspired to start a community to uplift and connect with others eager to embark on a journey to health, happiness and a diet-free-life filled with delicious food.
